Ryli Barbee is the 2017 Mini-Marshal

Ravenna Ballon A-Fair's 2017 Mini-Marshal with her theme for the Children's Parade "Paint the World Around You" is 12 year-old Ryli Barbee!! Ryli will be in 7th grade at Brown Middle School. She would like to pursue a degree from Yale in Graphic Design and Art and ultimately work for Nintendo doing animations! CONGRATS RYLI!
