Devin Wilson is 2018 Mini Marshal

Congratulations to our 2018 Mini Marshal - Devin Wilson! Her theme: “We Rise By Lifting Others” was chosen as the winning theme for the Children's Parade, which takes place on Thursday September 13th, at 6:30pm. Way to go, Devin!
Devin is 10 years old, and attends Carlin Elementary School.
