Parking,Admission, & Directions

Parking: All public parking is off of State Route 44. There is NO public parking off of Fairground Road. (Portage County Fairgrounds address for GPS directions is 4215 Fairground Rd, Atwater, OH 44201 )

All Parking (enter off of State Route 44) - General Admission & Handicap

Jeep & Car Show Participants (enter off of Fairground Rd.) - Only for Jeeps & Cars participating in the shows. ​

​

Vehicles displaying the universal handicap sticker will be routed into the Handicapped area.

​

Vehicles displaying a current year Balloon A-Fair Pass will be directed to the  vendors area.

​

There will be free wagon rides from the parking lot to the main gate. Free handicap golf cart rides inside of the festival.

Cost: Admission is $5.00 ($6.00 if using credit card) per person per day, Parking is $5 per car - Non-Refundable. Children 12 and under - FREE

Inflatables: $3 a ticket, $10 for 5 tickets, and $20 for unlimited bracelets (good for that day)

​

Helicopter Rides: $45 per person. Maximum passenger weight limits for all flights is 285 pounds per person, and 540 pounds combined for 2 or 3 people. One person = one seat​

​

Hot Air Balloon Tether Rides: $30 per person (Friday and Saturday ONLY)

​

Trackless Train Rides: $3 per person

​

Mechanical Bull: $10 for 2 rides

​

Axe Throwing: $5 for 5 throws, $10 for 12 throws

​

Putt-Putt Golf: $3 a person​

​

Monster Truck Rides: $10 per person per ride

​

Outrage Room: $1 Small plates, $2 large plates, $5 radios, $10 radios, $15 monitors 

​

Cornhole Tournament: $50 per team (2 players per team)

​​

The Balloon A-Fair is held rain or shine

All hot-air balloon lift-offs are weather permitting
Entrance fees and parking are non-refundable
No drones, firearms, bicycles, skates, skateboards,or pets of any kind are allowed at The Portage County Fairgrounds (Only working dogs are permitted)
